Gems (she/her) is a parent and queer woman with almost two decades of experience in human resources spanning talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience. Previously a Senior Executive at Medibank, Gemma now leads her own workplace experience consultancy, Workplace Edit. Gemma is passionate about equitable design, systemic change and challenging unhelpful norms.

A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and a previous board member of Wear It Purple, Gemma brings her experience to the Minus18 Board and People & Culture Committee, joining in May 2020.
